CHFA/DECD Consolidated Application

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) and the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) have collaborated in the creation of a single application process for all CHFA and most DECD housing financing programs.   Through this streamlined application, developers and owners of multifamily housing use one application format for mortgage loan financing, tax credit allocations and other sources of funding.
